By creating an account or using PageSpark ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
PageSpark is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides AI-powered SEO auditing and content optimization tools. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze websites and generate recommendations.
All SEO scores, audit findings, content recommendations, and related outputs generated by PageSpark are produced by artificial intelligence and represent estimates only. They are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute professional SEO, legal, financial, or business advice.
We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties of any kind regarding:
You acknowledge that SEO is influenced by many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and website implementation quality.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
Pay-As-You-Go: Credits are purchased in packs and deducted upon successful completion of an audit or content analysis. Credits are non-refundable except in cases where a technical failure on our part prevents the service from completing.
Subscription Plans: Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card information.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to active subscribers.
You agree not to:
PageSpark and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PageSpark and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits will be forfeited upon termination for cause.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify active users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
